As the founder of Letslet Property Management, I bring over 18 years of industry experience along with academic and professional credentials including an MSc, MBA, and ACIH membership. My goal in starting the business was to create a lettings agency built on integrity, trust, and long-term relationships.

I’m passionate about building lasting relationships with both landlords and tenants, and I take pride in creating a company culture rooted in trust and professionalism.

As Finance & Operations Manager, I’m proud to support both the financial management and day-to-day running of the business. I work closely with the team and senior leadership to ensure everything operates smoothly from finance duties to creating efficient internal processes and leading team coordination.

Originally from Italy, I bring a strong sense of adaptability, organisation, and a passion for helping businesses grow through clear structure and collaboration. I enjoy problem-solving, supporting others, and creating a positive, productive work environment. Whether it’s numbers or people, I’m focused on making things work better for our team and our clients.

As a Lettings Administrator with experience in the letting industry, I excel in managing various administrative tasks while providing excellent customer service. I conduct property viewings, ensuring that potential tenants receive a comprehensive understanding of available properties.

I hold an SVQ2 qualification in housing, which has equipped me with a solid foundation in housing regulations and practices. My strong organizational skills and attention to detail enable me to work well with the Team at Letslet Property Management.
